Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Nexdune is a brand of Establishment Hajirah Mohammad Quraish, commercial registration 7050190334, VAT 313024460700003, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of your personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulation. Contact about your data: info@nexdune.com.

2. What we collect, and how

We collect data directly from you, in two cases only:

• The "Start your project" request on this site: name, company, email, mobile number, the services you want, a budget band, a start time, and whatever you write in the notes. Name, mobile and email are required so we can reply; the rest is optional.
• Messages on WhatsApp, Telegram or email: what you send us there, and your number or handle on that channel.

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising tags, and does not track your visit. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short technical logs (IP address, request time, browser type) to protect the site from attacks and faults; the provider deletes them automatically after a short period. To protect the project form from abuse, we count the requests sent each day: for each visitor we keep a code derived from the IP address with a secret key, never the address itself, and it is deleted automatically after two days.

3. Why we process your data

• To answer your request, prepare the quote and the scope of work, and talk to you about them (legal basis: your consent when you send the request, then the steps needed to enter into a contract).
• To keep a record of requests and correspondence for follow-up and for legal and accounting obligations (legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation).
• To protect the project form from abuse by counting daily requests, with a code derived from the IP address rather than the address itself, deleted after two days (legal basis: legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for direct marketing unless you ask for it, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Who we share it with, and where it is kept

Your request reaches our team through two services that work on our behalf: Telegram (an instant notice to the team) and Resend (an email copy). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through Meta under its own policies. These providers run on servers outside the Kingdom (United States and Europe), so the data needed for this purpose is transferred outside the Kingdom for that purpose only, in line with the PDPL and the Data Transfer Regulation and under contractual data-protection commitments from those providers. We share your data with no one else unless a competent authority lawfully requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep a project request and its correspondence for 12 months after the last contact if it does not become a contract, then delete it. If we sign a contract, we keep what the contract and the accounting and tax rules require for the period the law sets, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and get a copy, correct it, ask for its deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time as easily as you gave it. Send the request to info@nexdune.com from the same email or number you contacted us from (so we can verify it is you); we answer within 30 days. If we need longer, by no more than another 30 days, we tell you so and why before the first 30 days are up. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority.

7. Security

The site runs over HTTPS only. Your request is not stored on the site itself; it is delivered straight to the channels above, and only our team has access to them. If a breach affects your data we notify SDAIA, and you if it could harm you.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We update this policy when what we do changes, and show the date of the last update at the top. The Arabic text prevails if the two versions differ.
